Alec Otteman, M.D.

Alec Otteman MD was born in Minnesota but raised in Ames, IA. He went to St. Olaf College and received his medical degree from the University of Iowa Medical School in 2008. He completed his Internal Medicine Residency in 2011 at Abbott Northwestern Hospital. His Nephrology Fellowship was at the University of Minnesota from 2011-2013.

Dr. Otteman is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Nephrology and is a member of the American Society of Nephrology. He joined Associated Nephrology Consultants in 2013.
